Time Zone Overlap Planner

Find the working hours two or three time zones share.

Find a meeting time that works for everyone

Choose two or three time zones and your preferred working hours, and Pickly highlights the block of time that falls inside everyone’s working day — shown in each person’s local time so there’s no mental conversion.

When there’s no overlap

Some zones are simply too far apart for a standard 9-to-5 overlap — the US West Coast and India, for example. Widen the working hours, or accept an early/late call for one side. The planner tells you immediately when no shared window exists.

A note on daylight saving

This tool uses standard UTC offsets and does not automatically adjust for daylight saving time, so double-check your window around DST changeovers in spring and autumn.

Times use standard UTC offsets and don't auto-adjust for daylight saving — verify around DST changes.

How does the time zone overlap planner work?
Pick two or three zones and your preferred working hours. The tool finds the hours that fall within everyone's working window and shows the shared slot in each local time.
Does it handle daylight saving time?
It uses standard UTC offsets and does not automatically adjust for daylight saving, so double-check your window around DST changeovers.
What if there's no overlap?
Some zones are too far apart for a 9-to-5 overlap. Try widening the working hours, or plan a call slightly outside standard times for one side.
Is it free?
Yes — free, no sign-up, and it works in any browser.
